ABSI provides paid training designed to prepare new team members for work in the Applied Behavior Analysis field.
Work alongside experienced Behavior Technicians and clinicians to connect online learning with your real-world responsibilities.
Team members who successfully complete required coursework receive a certificate through TBU for QABA as an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT).
Eligible candidates receive guidance, study assistance, and coverage of their first ABAT examination attempt.

Questions and Answers
Paid training: 40+ hours paid at the state or local municipality minimum wage.
Travel time, continuing education trainings, and all other non-clinical work: paid at the state or local municipality minimum wage.
Mileage pay: $0.55 per applicable mile.
Clinical care: providing ABA treatment to the client—starting at $25 per hour.
Hiring bonus: $250.
ABSI prepares team members in many ways to support every client they serve. By combining training with in-the-field experience, you are never placed in a position where you should feel unsupported.
Team members have ongoing access to ABSI clinicians and other Behavior Technicians who can help answer questions that arise in the field.

Behavior Technicians may work in a client’s home, school, community, clinic, or other location where services are provided. Depending on the position and client needs, a technician may work in one setting or across several environments.
