- ABSI Offers Comprehensive Training
ABSI’s training curriculum follows strict ABAT/RBT board requirements. Our company seeks to give you a mix of hands-on experience working with clients, as well as dynamic information (supported by Continuing Education Units) that will give you the acute skills you need as you support clients in the home, school, community, and via telehealth.
- Make an Impact
Working as an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician in the Merced will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of all the clients and families you come into contact with. Behavior Technicians are in a unique role to support their clients in obtaining life skills, as well as providing higher levels of self affirmation and independence. What clients will take from our Behavior Technicians are tools that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
- Grow Professionaly
A core strength for ABSI has been our company’s ability to promote team members from within the organization. We seek out team members that want to advance in their careers. Since ABSI’s founding, there have been many ABAT’s that have started with us and they’ve moved into various clinical positions within the organization, and, in other cases they’ve relocated to different areas of the country so that ABSI’s efforts could be expanded at the national level.
ABSI also provides Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to our team members. These units help ensure that we are keeping up with the trends of the industry, but also allow for growth in your career.
ABSI provides care in the Merced through partnerships with insurers such as CenCal Health, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Shield of California, and most major insurance companies. These strong partnerships that ABSI cultivates make it possible for us to provide care to as many families as possible in the areas we serve.
