Questions and Answers
Paid training: 40+ hours paid at the state or local municipality minimum wage.
Travel time, continuing education trainings, and all other non-clinical work: paid at the state or local municipality minimum wage.
Mileage pay: $0.55 per applicable mile.
Clinical care: providing ABA treatment to the client—starting at $23 per hour.
Hiring bonus: $250.

Training combines virtual coursework with hands-on field experience. Candidates learn behavior-support strategies, effective communication, and how to work with neurodiverse clients while receiving support from ABSI clinicians and experienced Behavior Technicians.
Yes. ABSI covers the cost of an eligible candidate’s first ABAT/RBT certification exam attempt.
