ABSI’s training is in direct alignment with the standards of the ABAT/RBT board requirements. In addition to their module trainings that can be done virtually, candidates will also work with clients in the field so that they also have a “hands on” component to enhance what they are learning.
Everyone who completes their training will receive a certificate from TBU FOR QABA which also meets the requirements of the ABAT/RBT board.
Exam takers will have their first attempt covered by Autism Behavior Services, Inc.

Paid Training – 40+ hours paid at the state or local municipality minimum wage
Travel time, continuing education trainings, and all other non clinical work – paid at the state or local municipality minimum wage
Mileage Pay – $0.55 per applicable mile
Clinical care – providing ABA treatment to the client – $16.90–$20.50 per hour
