Ronald is a firm believer in positive reinforcement and believes in a family-centered model. He has worked with a diverse population of students of all ages and is always available to families in need.

He is passionate about the field of ABA and has dedicated his career to enrich the lives of children with an autism spectrum disorder.

Ron was born in Taiwan and came to California at the age of two when his father was transferred to work in Newport Beach as a electrical engineer with Ford Aero space in 1985. Ron was raised in Lake Forest, California and still resides there with his wife and dog. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Taekwondo, and wrestling practitioner. His most recent interest has been downhill mountain biking which he started just 3 years ago. You can see Ron on his bike at Aliso Woods Canyon or Whiting Ranch on the weekend.
