Brenda Beltran

Brenda Beltran graduated magna cum laude from Mount St. Mary’s College (MSMC) with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology. During her time at MSMC, she volunteered with several different organizations that catered to diverse populations. She has worked with infants, children of different grade levels, children who have special needs and older individuals in hospice care. Brenda hopes to continue on to graduate school in the near future and earn her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Through Autism Behavior Services, Inc., Brenda has been trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT). Her interest in working with children who have special needs began when she started volunteering with children who were deaf or hard of hearing. She became more aware of the challenges that children with special needs may face in life, which led her to work with children who have special needs. She hopes to provide special needs children with the support and help they need to be successful in life.

Brenda is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. She is kind, compassionate, easy to get along with and very understanding. In her spare time she enjoys going to concerts, traveling watching movies, reading and watching football.
